Solution

A complete system with a dust filter is installed. The dust filter is a SuperJet vacuum filter with automatic differential controlled compressed air cleaning for optimal operation and cleaning of the filter bags. One high-efficiency fan is installed to ensure optimal extraction from the machines. The fan is frequency-controlled and the machines are fitted with automatic valves, so that the air flow is continuously adapted to the current demand, which ensures energy-efficient operation. The system is designed to comply with the applicable ATEX requirements to ensure the best possible protection of personnel and components against an explosion. Explosion plates are mounted on the top of the filter and a non-return valve is mounted on the piping system.

The filter is installed as part of the building and the piping adapted to the curved joinery workshop. These features are to maintain the architectural character.
