Solution

A complete high-vacuum system has been installed so that dust extraction can easily be carried out from the stationary coupling points. A hose with cleaning equipment is easily connected to the coupling points around the workshop, allowing the whole workshop to be reached.

The system is designed to comply with the applicable ATEX requirements to ensure the best possible protection of personnel and components against an explosion. The filter is fitted with explosion plates, a check valve on the piping system, and a safety filter within the main filter, etc.

The filter is installed as part of the building and the piping adapted to the curved joinery workshop. These features are to maintain the architectural character.
