Process exhaust of dust particles in an aqueous solution from cutting machines and milling machines with return air to machine cabinets

Task

Due to the cutting and milling processes for brick production, dust particles are present. Water is used for cooling these processes, meaning the dust will contain an aqueous solution.

Solution

In order to avoid excessive amounts of moisture in the filter, the system is fitted with components that separate part of the water before the dust is introduced into the filter bags. The filter bags are made of a material that allows the moist dust to be cleaned off the bags without complications.


As the machines are built into a cabinet, the return air can be recirculated directly, thus achieving significant savings in purchase, maintenance and operating costs.
