Solution

Supply and installation of new and optimised dust extraction. The dust filter is a SuperJet vacuum filter with automatic differential controlled compressed air cleaning for optimal operation and cleaning of the filter bags. The existing fans have been replaced with one high-efficiency fan to ensure optimal extraction from the machines. The fan is frequency-controlled and the machines are fitted with automatic valves, so that the air flow is continuously adapted to the current demand, which ensures energy-efficient operation. The system is designed to comply with the applicable ATEX requirements to ensure the best possible protection of personnel and components against an explosion.
