Extraction of dust from milling, drilling, grinding and plastering

Task

In connection with the relocation of production, Technor has supplied a complete dust extraction system with heat recovery. The focus area was to create an optimal working environment where well-being is paramount and the environmental impact is minimised, while energy consumption is optimal and maintenance costs are minimal.

Solution

Extraction from various machining processes via a vacuum filter, where low operating and maintenance costs were paramount.

Chain conveyors carry the dust from the filter to the silo and from the silo to the combustion plant. The system comes as a complete package, including dust extraction, combustion plant, electrical, plumbing and controls. An automatic valve, combined with frequency-controlled exhaust fan, ensures energy-efficient operation.

Heat is recovered through the ventilation system and partly as return air for machines.
