Vacuum extraction system for cleaning

Task

In many CHP plants, there are dust-emitting processes where this must be removed in order to maintain a good working environment. At Hasle heating plant, there is a dirty environment due to the dust content in the wood chips.

Solution

A central vacuum extraction system with eight connections positioned so that the 10 m long hoses can cover a large area. A container collects the dust in a bag that is easily driven away and emptied on the built-in wheels. The filter unit is automatically cleaned as needed.
