Extraction of paint vapours

Task

Paint fumes and grinding dust must be extracted to maintain a good working environment without harmful effects on health and with optimum product quality. Extraction in connection with the installation of a complete production line for painting, including paint grinding, automatic spraying robot, manual spraying wall, flash-off zone and drying oven.

Solution

A step-controlled ventilation system with double cross exchanger has been installed. Pipework including a shut-off valve for energy-optimised user-controlled operation.

A small separate filter is also installed for extraction from polishers and manual workbenches.

Employees are now protected against health hazards and the customer can send the beautiful stairs on.
