Ventilation system for paint vapours

Task

The merger of production made it necessary to increase the capacity of the coating system.

Solution

An existing spray wall with a new air-supply wall is installed. A ventilation unit ensures heat recovery of the exhaust air from the paint room.

For energy optimisation, the spray wall and the air supply wall are fitted with automatic dampers and frequency control.
