For a system to function optimally, it must be customised to the circumstances in which it is placed. This means that you have to take into account operating time, piping systems, the type of material to be extracted, how much space the system will take up, what the air velocity should be, over what distances the material has to be transported and a whole host of other factors.

It takes experience to bring these different factors together and to make the system as efficient as possible. At Technor, we do, and we will work with you to determine what your needs are and what features you want the system to have. You also have the choice of having a static system that is always in the same place, or a mobile system that can be moved around.

Reliability

You can rely on the system to work stably, optimally and avoid downtime. This is one of the most important parameters when choosing a dust extraction system, as a production company needs to be sure that the equipment is working properly. High efficiency, low operating costs

During the working day, the dust extraction system must be efficient, while using as few resources as possible. We ensure this by fitting our systems with optimal filters that capture even the smallest particles. By means of compressed air cleaning, the bag filters are effectively cleaned, which ensures good operating economy and minimal maintenance costs. The dust filters are vacuum filters, where the fan is on the clean side of the filter bags, which in turn ensures good operating economy and minimal maintenance costs. Furthermore, automatic dampers and frequency control ensure that air is only extracted by the machines that are active, so that the extracted air volume is always adapted to the need. We supply some of the most maintenance-free dust extraction systems on the market. Although you, as a company, may want to invest in a completely maintenance-free system, it is important to note that there will always be some minor maintenance jobs. By supplying secured and tested systems, we guarantee that the systems are as efficient as possible with the least possible maintenance.

Remote control

Despite high reliability and efficiency, faults or problems with the system may occur from time to time. In such cases, it is crucial to be able to solve them quickly. We can do this with our remote control and monitoring solutions, where we can typically locate the fault and fix the problem within 15 minutes. It saves you both time and money.

Customised residual material storage

It is relevant to consider dust extraction systems where the residual material extracted by the system needs to be stored. We customise the storage solution to the needs of your company. For example, there are differences in the amount and type of residual material produced. Some of the options for residual material storage are containers, silos, briquette presses, etc.

Storage solutions are customised to ATEX and applicable requirements. Furthermore, the residual material handling from the filter to the storage solution is customised to each project - these include air transport lines, chain conveyor (Redler), auger, etc.
